Dale purchased this at the Madison WI art fair in the late 1980's. Off white porcelain with multicolor brush strokes. Marked on bottom Ploszay.
Fairly sure this is porcelain. White with blue and black decorations, and blue ribbons. Back is marked Say Sayer, N.O., LA 1988. Given to Dale as a gift.
Dale bought this at the Madison WI art fair. Hand made, marked Steve Palmer 1987 on the bottom.
