Original production cel used in the making of the short Disney animation film "Out of Scale", made November 2, 1951. This particular cel is from the now famous ending. In this film Donald removes the tree Chip and Dale are living in to make room for a model railroad. The chipmunks eventually move into a minature house, and Donald tortures them with weather changes. Note that this is the only episode where they end as friends.

This is one of the most famous and recognizable scenes from all the Chip and Dale films. There are many reproductions but this is one of the few originals. Donald decides to prune the tree Chip and Dale are storing nuts in. And the battle rages with a stone, lawnmower, and an electric line.

This scene shows Scuttle trying to figure out what has changed with Ariel, not noticing her new legs.
Original production cel used in the making of the short Disney animation film "Chips Ahoy", made February 24, 1956. Most of what you see is original artwork, including the boat. Chip and Dale take Donald's ship in a bottle to get to an island with lots of acorns. Donald chases and tortures the chipmunks as he tries to retrieve his boat. But the chipmunks are equally good at torturing Donald. This is the last of the Chip and Dale films.

At the beginning of the movie, this scene shows King Triton entering the music hall with the conductor, Sebastian. This was supposed to be Ariel's first performance for the kingdom. But of course Ariel is off having fun and forgets the show.

In this film Chip and Dale are trying to retrieve nuts they dropped into a chicken coop. Dale has to hide inside a broken chicken shell to escape the angry rooster, and eventually has to pretend to be a chick when the rooster finds him.

Individual cels were placed over a background, on top of each other, and photographed as a single image for the movie. They did this over and over again. This scene shows King Triton having a heart felt talk with his daughter Ariel.
